I decided on using the textures below because the limitations I had using MW assets but also that it fit the Miami theme of the level:Here is my reference for the lobby I built. I liked the layout but moved away from the color scheme due to the MW assets:
The stairs were the trickiest part and I focused on building them before the other parts:

The story is that an exchange is taking place in a park in Miami between a Cuban defector and a Communist spy. Two sniper teams are watching the exchange, one in a hotel on the far end of the park and the player's team in a natural history museum. The mission begins with some chatter between Widow (female)/Tom team and Stalker (the player)/Owl . Right before the drop, the player loses contact with Widow/Tom team. The exchange fails and the player opens fire for thirty seconds until enemies enter the museum.
The player proceeds to exit the museum, fighting around a T-Rex skeleton for about two minutes. The player progresses to the ground floor to find that the front door is completely surrounded. Owl leads the player out the side door into the foggy and dark park in pursuit of the defector.
The park section is a stealth based mission similar to "All Ghillied Up" Modern Warfare mission. The failure to stealthily move through this section is a timer being set and a flood of enemies. This section will take three to five minutes, with or without the timer. The section ends on the edge of the park with the defector being shoved into a car which drives away.
As the player sees the mission is a complete failure, the player receives a distress call from Widow. Tom is dead, Widow is injured and being held captive. The player crosses the street to the hotel Widow was in to evacuate.
The player is given a choice at this point, enter the main entrance of the hotel and fight their way to the top or use stealth to head up the fire escape. If the player fails to be stealthy at any point, they will have an intense fire fight. When the player reaches Widow, Owl picks her up and follows the player to the roof. The helicopter meets the player on the roof and the mission ends.
The overall mission time will be between 10 to 15 minutes.
